Customized, Approved Tooling Solutions

 

Hyperion’s tooling blanks are developed for a wide range of workpiece materials including heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA), titanium, carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), and hardened steel. These challenging workpieces are the basis for blisks, shafts, frames, and gear systems that require innovative tooling to meet production demands. Tools made with Hyperion’s carbide, polycrystalline diamond (PCD), or polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) easily slot into existing applications as industry-approved grades.
